AWD Holding AG (AWD GY): The financial-services broker will release third-quarter earnings. The company will probably say net income fell 89 percent to 1.3 million euros, according to analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News. The shares declined 18 cents, or 0.8 percent, to 22.42 euros.
BHW Holding AG (BSK GY): The financial services provider that's up for sale will release third-quarter results. The company in September said it won't reach its profit target this year because of a writedown for its stake in Allgemeine HypothekenBank Rheinboden AG. The shares climbed 14 cents, or 1 percent, to 14.74 euros.
Fuchs Petrolub AG (FPE GY): Germany's largest maker of lubricants will release third-quarter earnings. The company in August posted a second-quarter profit of 17.6 million euros on sales of 300.7 million euros. The shares advanced 73 cents, or 2.2 percent, to 33.90 euros.
GfK AG (GFK GY): Germany's largest market researcher reported third-quarter net income rose 25 percent to 21.8 million euros as the company boosted sales, helped by purchases. GfK expects sales including from the acquisition of NOP World to exceed 900 million euros this year, including. The shares increased 11 cents, or 0.4 percent, to 28.47 euros.
Grammer AG (GMM GY): The maker of seats for passenger vehicles will report third-quarter earnings. The company in September said annual profit probably will fall because of higher raw-material costs. The shares slipped 7 cents, or 0.4 percent, to 16.80 euros.
IVG Immobilien AG (IVG GY): Germany's largest commercial real-estate company reported third-quarter net income climbed 53 percent to 28.2 million euros ($33 million) because of gains on property sales and rent revenue. The shares increased 34 cents, or 2.1 percent, to 16.95 euros.
Koenig & Bauer AG (SKB GY): The world's third-largest maker of printing machines will release third-quarter results. The company in August said its loss narrowed in the first half on higher demand and new products. The shares fell 50 cents, or 2 percent, to 24.50 euros.
Medion AG (MDN GY): Deutsche Bank AG cut its share price target for the electronics distributor 18 percent to 10.30 euros from 12.50 euros. Medion shares dropped 7 cents, or 0.6 percent, to 10.83 euros.
MVV Energie AG (MVV GY): The operator of seven municipal utilities in Germany said it will sell 5 million new shares. The stock was unchanged at 18.50 euros.
R. Stahl AG (RSL1 GY): The maker of industrial machines and equipment for oil refineries will release third-quarter results.
