Drivers in Austria have been startled by a massive billboard poster which depicts Queen Elizabeth II, US President George W Bush and French President Jacques Chirac having sex.
Sponsored by the Government, the 25Peaces art project also features a woman lying on a bed wearing only undies with the EU flag printed on them.
Just a day before Austria is due to take over the EU presidency the posters have caused a great deal of controversy and have prompted accusations they are not "art" but simply pornography.
Spanish artist Carlos Aires explains his picture, which uses three models wearing masks of the Queen and the two presidents, as showing, "the most recent changes in Europe and the resulting spatial constructions."
